For Returns & Refunds
Contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take you through the following steps:
Provide us with your Coral Club ID or Order Number Give us a list of the unopened items that you wish to return along with the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Please Note!
a. We will only accept pre-approved and unopened products for return. Opened and/or non-approved products will not be reimbursed and will be disposed of at your expense.
b. Coral Club does not provide return shipping labels for product returns. You may use any courier of your preference to return the pre-approved products. Coral Club is not liable for the value of any returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit to our facility, package insurance is highly recommended.
c. Items purchased during a promotional sale are not eligible for refund as these sales are final.
d. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For Orders with Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items:
Let us know within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date, and we’ll get it fixed! Just send us a photo allowing a full assessment.
